TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms cover your use of this website and the booking of free trial classes with Versus Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy, 42 Worcester St, Natick, MA 01760. Last updated September 2026.

Free trial classes. The two free classes are for new students who have not trained at Versus before, one offer per person. Book through the form or by phone; we confirm the day and time with you before you come in. Trial classes are subject to space and the published schedule, which can change.

Training and safety. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a contact sport. Before stepping on the mat every student, or a parent or guardian for anyone under 18, signs our waiver and release at the academy. Tell the instructor about any injury before class. Follow the instructor's directions and the academy's rules on hygiene, conduct and equipment.

Children. A parent or guardian must enrol any student under 18, stay reachable during class and collect the child on time.

Memberships and payments. Membership terms, prices and cancellation rules are set out in the membership agreement you sign at the academy. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell a membership.

Website content. Text, images and video on this site belong to Versus Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without written consent. We try to keep the schedule and other details accurate but the site can be out of date; call us to confirm anything that matters to you.

Privacy. Our privacy policy at versusjiujitsu.com/privacy-policy explains how we handle the information you give us.

Law. These terms follow the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
